Linking values to the world of work

Explanation:

VALUES AND CAREER CHOICES

Values are beliefs about what is desirable, important or worthwhile. When we make an important decision, such as a career choice, our values strongly influence the direction of our choice.

RELATING WORK VALUES TO CAREERS

In this program, ten typical work values have been selected and are presented in pairs. On each of the following screens, you are asked to indicate the one you value more. Your results are tallied and you can then look at a list of the occupations which match your values.
